Stephanie Ashby

Stephanie is one of our Team Leaders and deals with Human Resources. Stephanie enjoys her position with Tender Loving Carers as it enables her to interact daily with the carers and clients on a daily basis. Stephanie studied Social Welfare at Canterbury College for 3 years. In the last 30 years Stephanie has worked in Residential/Nursing Homes at the Royal National Institute for the Deaf, where she worked with young adults, Residential Social Work with children with challenging behaviour and your adults with learning disabilities.

Stephanie joined Tender Loving Carers in November 2000 as she felt it was time for a change and to go back to working with the elderly again.
In Stephanie’s spare time she likes to do gardening, socialising with her friends and family and going for long walks along the beach and in the woods with her 2 dogs. Stephanie married at 21 and has 3 grown up daughters. Recently Stephanie has become the proud grandmother of a baby boy.
