Debbie Burton

Debbie’s role within the company is to give assistance to the Managing Director when and where required.
Amongst many varied duties she manages the Directors diaries, attends and organises meetings, and liaises between staff and Directors.
Debbie also manages the holiday diary for all staff, and is also, part of the marketing team.
Debbie has over 30 years of experience in business administration and accounts.
Debbie left school and started as an office junior, moving into the accounts department as an accounts clerk. Over the years Debbie duties have ranged from managing an office of 23 staff in London, which required her to attend weekly management meetings and present financial and administration reports to the Managing Director, this lead the way to Debbie becoming assistant to the Financial Director of a large international company.
In 1988 she moved from London to Herne Bay, married and started a family.
Debbie joined Tender Loving Carers in March 2010 becoming the Personal Assistant to the Managing Director.
Whilst working full time, Debbie attended Bromley Tech for 3 years and achieved the BTEC National Certificate in Business, Accounts and Contract Law.
Debbie is married with two children, and has a keen interest in Photography.
