Elizabeth Taylor

Elizabeth is one of our team leaders and is responsible for Training and the Coordination Team. Elizabeth has worked in various sectors throughout her employment including retail and working with children with disabilities. While working with disabled children at St Anselm's School in Canterbury, Elizabeth was encouraged to do her A Levels and apply to university to an honours degree in English and Social Sciences.

Elizabeth has been with TLC for 14 years, she worked initially as a care worker part time while she completed her degree, and she then came into the office to coordinate the training for the care workers.

Elizabeth has completed a number of train the trainer courses including the Chartered Institute of Environmental Health Professional Trainer Award, A1 Assessor for NVQ and various train the trainer courses through the Healthcare Safety Services. Elizabeth's most recent qualification is her Post Graduate Certificate in Education, which allows her to teach people who are 16+ in the core subjects required for Health and Social Care.

Elizabeth has a very hectic life outside of work which includes running a Rainbow Group, a Brownie Pack and a Guide Company.
